How do I return?

- - You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- - Item(s) must be in original condition
- - For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- - In the original packaging
- - Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for a return?

- For customers in the contiguous 48 U.S. States, PSC (optional) can provide a return label via email. The return shipping amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
- - Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- - You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping if you decide not to use our return label
- - Any order over 30 days after purchase date is not eligible for returns or exchanges
- - Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer directly
How soon will I get my refund?
- - Once your return is received and inspected (Typically 1-2 business days to inspect), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- - If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5-7 working days. (Depending on your individual bank)
